1. Who we are

Proposly AI is operated by Golden Way Trading LLC. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use goldenwaypro.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (passwords are stored only as secure hashes).
• Business data — the customers, proposals, and pricing details you enter. This is your data; only you can see it.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your payment email and subscription status so we can activate your plan.
• Usage data — basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

We use your data to run your account, draft proposals with AI at your request, activate paid plans, send service emails (activation and account notices), and support you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business content to train AI models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our AI provider (which processes proposal drafts only to answer your requests), Stripe for payments, and our email delivery provider for service emails.

5. Client proposals

When you send a proposal, your client receives a private link. That link is accessible to anyone who has it, so share it only with your client. You can revoke or finalize proposals from your account.

6. Data retention and deletion

You can delete your proposals at any time. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, email us and we will delete them within 30 days.
