1. Who we are

Proposly AI is an online proposal and quote software service operated by Golden Way Trading LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a plan at goldenwaypro.com, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Proposly AI is a digital, cloud-based product. You access it through your browser at goldenwaypro.com. Nothing is shipped, downloaded, or installed. Plans:

• Starter — $39/month, up to 30 proposals per month
• Professional — $99/month, unlimited proposals + AI risk review
• Business — $199/month, everything in Professional + custom logo and branding
• Lifetime — $799 one-time payment, permanent access to Professional features

Plan entitlements activate automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Your access begins immediately — you do not need to wait for anyone to approve it.

3. Billing and renewal

Monthly plans (Starter, Professional, Business) renew automatically each month on the same calendar day until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment and never renews.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because Proposly AI is a digital product that is activated and available for use immediately after payment, payments are non-refundable, including for monthly plans and the Lifetime plan.

• Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then charges stop.
• Lifetime plan: one-time payment, non-refundable once the plan has been activated on your account.
• If you were charged in error or were billed twice for the same period, contact us and we will make it right.
• Canceling your plan does not delete your proposals immediately, but access to paid features ends when the paid period ends.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Proposly AI for your own business proposals. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or use the service to generate unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. AI-generated content

Proposals are drafted with AI assistance. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal before sending it, including prices, terms, and facts. The app never changes prices, payment terms, or amounts you enter — financial terms in a proposal are always yours.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email or in the app.
