Digital purchases
All sales are final once access is activated. Proposly AI is a digital service. Activated monthly subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancel anytime
Cancel monthly subscriptions from Billing or contact us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of your paid period; unused days are not refunded. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal.
Billing errors
For duplicate charges or billing errors, email werasdfg1999@gmail.com with your checkout email and purchase details. Do not send your full card number.
